150 is quite a bit too fast, but 270 is way too slow. 190-210 would be a much fairer estimate. The reality is you'd need to actually look at actual gameplay data. AKA a custom version of say quake champions to look at actual reaction times with high speed camera's. You have to get the methodology right. Human benchmark is a crude tool.
